- Greet and interact with children and adults in a welcoming manner
- Welcome visitors and process appropriately
- Perform general office duties such as answering phones, responding to emails, and managing correspondence
- Maintain accurate records, including student attendance, enrollment, and personnel files
- Retrieve messages from the attendance line regarding student absences/tardiness
- Communicate with parent/guardian if a student is absent and no call/email has been received
- Sign in tardy students
- Assist with data entry, document preparation, and filing
- Assist with enrollment and withdrawal processes
- Prepare student transcripts for transfers
- Coordinate communication with staff, parents, and students as necessary
- Coordinate the logistics for events, including scheduling, room setup, and resource allocation
- Prepare materials and resources for meetings and event as required
- Generate reports on student attendance, academic performance, and disciplinary actions as needed
- Assist in the preparation of documents, presentations, and reports for school leadership
- Provide translation of documents as needed for families who do not speak English
- Assist with intercom announcements as needed
- Maintain list of No Consent
- Liaison for school photos

- Strong communication skills verbally and in writing
- Strong ability to maintain confidential information
- Flexible, ability to multitask, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Strong interpersonal skills
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent Bachelor Degree preferred
- Proficiency in working with Microsoft applications and Google Documents
- Ability to speak other languages preferred but not required, preferably Portuguese
