Ashland Public Schools seeks a dynamic history teacher to provide instruction to high school students at a variety of levels. The position is anticipated to teach core history requirements as well as elective courses. The ideal candidate can effectively differentiate lessons and teach various levels of students. 

The candidate must hold a MA license in history/social science (5-12) or be in the process of obtaining this license. The ideal candidate will have experience working with multiple levels of students, with diverse student learning profiles. A strong ability to work collaboratively within and across departments is a priority. The candidate should have a firm understanding of the MA history and social science framework as well as an understanding of and/or prior experience with curriculum planning and mapping.
