Position Description: 

Responsibilities of the special education teacher include, but are not limited to: direct instruction both in and out of the regular education classroom setting, development of all aspects associated with the follow throughof Individualized Education Plans, academic achievement evaluations and collaboration. Further responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Lesson plan design and development, administering and analyzing assessments, parent communication, working collaboratively with service providers, education support personnel and regular education staff.

 

MA Licensure: DESE MA licensure special education teacher (9-12)preferred.
