The Mindess School is seeking a Long Term Sub grade 4 Dual Educator, an individual who is certified in both general education grades 1-6 and special education PK-8, moderate disabilities.  The anticipated dates are from 1/29/25 - 4/16/25.

 

Responsibilities include, and are not limited to: 

• Fostering an inclusive and joyful learning environment
• Lesson planning and implementation in accordance with the MA Curriculum Frameworks 
• Using innovative approaches, and instructional strategies to increase student learning
• Provide research-based specialized instruction to address the instructional goals and objectives contained within each student's IEP
• Assess student progress
• Conduct data collection and provide progress reports specific to individual student goals
• developing and implementing Individualized Educational Program (IEP) plans for students to include:
• present levels of educational performance, special education needs, instructional goals and objectives, and
• the special education and related services required to meet those goals
• -Coordinates the delivery of special education services in each student’s IEP
• communicating responsibly with students, parents, colleagues, and school leadership
