Long term substitute anticipated to begin on April 1, 2025 through May 9, 2025
Responsible for effective planning and assessment of curriculum and instruction based on MA State Standards.
Responsible for monitoring students’ understanding of the curriculum effectively and adjusting instruction, materials, or assessments, when appropriate.
Responsible for effective management of classroom environment.
Responsible for using innovative approaches, and instructional strategies to increase student learning.
Assesses student progress and determines the need for additional reinforcement or adjustments to instructional techniques.
Responsibilities include data collection and progress reports specific to student goals.
Direct and support the work of the Educational Support Professional (EPS)
Communicates responsibly with students, parents, colleagues, and school leadership.
Requirements:
Early Childhood DESE MA licensure. Strong skills in differentiating instruction and literacy methodology practices, bilingual skills an asset.
